Terms and Conditions

We are a very small family-owned business.  We manufacture as orders come in so please give us some time to get yours complete.  We know it's hard to wait for fun things so we will try to get then out right away.

• There are no refunds on custom orders once approved
• All towels are manufactured after the order is placed.  There is a 3-5 business day processing time
• When making a custom towel, they are not intended for resale.  They are for personal use only
• We reserve the right to turn down any request deemed offensive to our delicate constitutions
